Elegant Home Designs, LLC is a design and build company that is focused on designing and building your dream home on time and on budget the way you imagined it.  
      
For over 11 years we've noticed that most of the time clients don't get the house they originally dreamed of by the time the builder is finished.  They have had to compromise on space, beauty and detail because the builder told them what they wanted just wouldn't fit into the budget.

Sometimes it requires a slight design change or maybe using a different product that works just as well but is less expensive. In either case, we can help as we have the knowledge and desire to work with you on every detail so that when the house is finished it will be a home you will love forever.

A:     Custom home designed strictly for you and your family.                                    $ .75 per square foot under roof
              Includes construction documents and 8 sets for your builder
    
B:     Construction Management - owner representation                                                      6% Construction Cost - Fee
              Keep track of job and budget - represent owner during build
   
C:     General Contracting    -     New Construction                                                   
                                      10% to 12% Fee
              Build your home within 3-4 months and your plans are free
   
D:     General Contracting   - Renovations & Additions                                        
                                                   10% to 15% Fee
              Renovate your home or add a new addition and make it look like it was always there
